在喷射钻井过程中 ,井底漫流速度是清除井底岩屑、净化井底的主动力。应用流体力学的基本原理 ,在垂直单喷嘴射流井底平面的点源散射物理模型 ,以及倾斜单喷嘴射流井底平面的源—汇叠加物理模型的基础上 ,对三牙轮钻头的三倾斜组合射流的井底平面漫流场建立了源—源叠加的物理模型 ,从而推导出了数学计算式。计算式中几乎包括了三牙轮钻头所有与井底漫流场有关的设计和应用计算参数。通过编制的计算机软件的计算结果表明 ,井底平面漫流速度和分布与实际和实验结果吻合。理论计算为三牙轮钻头的设计和水力参数设计提供了理论依据
In the jet drilling process, bottom hole diffusive velocity is the removal of bottom hole cuttings, purifying the bottom of the main force. Based on the basic principles of fluid mechanics, based on the point-source scattering physical model of vertical single nozzle jet bottom plane and the source-sink superimposed physical model of inclined single nozzle jet bottom plane, The physical model of the source-source superposition is established for the jet flow in the bottom plane and the mathematical calculation formula is deduced. The calculation formula includes almost all the design and application calculation parameters of the tri-cone bit related to the bottom hole flow field. Computation results of the computer software show that the velocity and distribution of blowhole surface coincide with the actual and experimental results.
