目的探讨SARS-CoV-X4蛋白在SARS患者肺病变组织中的表达及其意义。方法取4例SARS患者的肺组织,HE染色观察肺组织病理学变化,免疫组化检测肺病变组织中SARS-CoV-X4蛋白表达。结果(1)HE染色可见肺组织充血、水肿,肺泡腔内大量红细胞及纤维渗出,透明膜形成。肺泡上皮变性坏死脱落,部分肺组织纤维细胞明显增生。(2)4例SARS患者肺组织损伤病变中可见黄棕色SARS-CoV-X4蛋白高表达,弥漫分布在肺泡上皮、红细胞、白细胞及渗出液中。结论SARS-CoV-X4蛋白可能参与了SARS的发生与发展。SARS-CoV的传播途径除呼吸道外,尚可能通过血液、呼吸道分泌物等传播。
Objective To investigate the expression of SARS-CoV-X4 protein in lung lesions of patients with SARS and its significance. Methods Lung tissues were taken from 4 SARS patients and the pathological changes of lung were observed by HE staining. The expression of SARS-CoV-X4 protein in lung lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results (1) Hematoxylin-eosin staining showed pulmonary congestion, edema, a large number of red blood cells in the alveolar cavity and fiber exudation, the formation of transparent membrane. Alveolar epithelial degeneration and necrosis, some pulmonary fibroblast proliferation. (2) The expression of yellow-brown SARS-CoV-X4 protein in four SARS patients with lung injury was highly expressed, diffusely distributed in the alveolar epithelium, erythrocytes, leukocytes and exudate. Conclusion SARS-CoV-X4 protein may be involved in the occurrence and development of SARS. SARS-CoV transmission routes in addition to the respiratory tract, it may be through the blood, respiratory secretions and other transmission.
