家族企业不是中国特色,看待分析家族企业管理的优劣,决然不是是非好坏那么简单,家族企业管理模式应当从企业的发展轨迹和制度等方面历史地去看待其问题。在某种程度上说,我国私有企业的家族制管理不仅仅是经济现象,更是一种政治和文化现象,是制度环境和文化观念综合作用的结果。因此在研究家族企业管理的问题的时候,既要探索他的现实意义和存在问题,也还要有辨证的眼光看到他的优势所在。
Family-owned enterprises are not Chinese characteristics. Looking at the pros and cons of analyzing the management of family-owned enterprises, it is certainly not that simple or not so simple.
