随着《关于基础教育改革和发展的决定》和《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》(以下简称《纲要》)的颁布实施,标志着我国基础教育进入一个崭新的时代——课程改革时代。《纲要》从课程目标、内容等方面提出了改革的着眼点和最终归宿——“为了中华民族的复兴,为了每位同学的发展”。这样,新课程改革带来了新理念、新方法、新尝试、新探索,这就要求在教学中特别是在中学物理教学中,摈弃以往传统的教学方式,全面贯彻新课改思想,对学生授之以渔,而不是授之以鱼。
