目的了解广州市某三甲医院医务人员营养知识、态度和行为现状。方法采用自编问卷,随机抽取广州市某三甲医院182名医务人员进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果不同学历、不同职称医务人员营养知识得分差异无显著性(P>0.05);中级及以上职称医务人员营养态度和营养行为得分明显高于初级职称医务人员(P<0.05),临床科室与医技科室医务人员营养知识、营养态度、营养行为得分差异均有显著性(P<0.05),营养态度与营养行为两者呈显著相关(r=0.19,P<0.05),职称与问卷总分间呈显著相关(r=0.587,P<0.05)。结论医学院校应把营养学纳入课程体系,医院也应加强对医务人员的营养知识、态度、行为教育和培训。
Objective To understand the nutritional status, attitude and behavior status of medical staff in a top three hospital in Guangzhou. Methods Self-compiled questionnaires were randomly selected from 182 medical staffs in a top-level hospital in Guangzhou for investigation, and the results were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in nutrition knowledge scores among medical staff with different qualifications and different titles (P> 0.05). The nutritional attitude and nutritional behavior scores of medical staff of intermediate and above professional titles were significantly higher than that of junior professional medical staff (P <0.05) There were significant differences in nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude and nutritional behavior scores among the medical staffs in the technical departments (P <0.05). There was a significant correlation between nutrition attitude and nutritional behavior (r = 0.19, P <0.05) (R = 0.587, P <0.05). Conclusions Medical colleges and universities should incorporate nutrition into the curricular system, and hospitals should also strengthen the nutrition knowledge, attitude, behavior education and training for medical staff.
