西咪替丁控释微丸的制备和体外释药模式研究

目的为了制备西咪替丁控释微丸并研究其释药机理,方法单因素实验方法考察包衣液中溶媒系统的组成、膜材的浓度、包衣膜厚度对药物释放的影响,用分光光度法测定微丸释放出的药物浓度。结果制作的微丸,包衣液中的溶媒系统的组成、膜材浓度及包衣膜厚度共同决定衣膜的控释能力。体外释放表表明制备的微丸属于包衣骨架控释微丸,随包衣厚度的改变释放机理有所不同。 OBJECTIVE To prepare cimetidine controlled release micro-pellets and study their mechanism of drug release, single-factor experimental method was used to investigate the influence of the composition of solvent system, the concentration of membrane and the thickness of coating film on drug release in the coating solution. Photometric Determination of Drug Pellets released from the concentration. Results The pellets and the composition of the solvent system in the coating solution, the concentration of the membrane and the thickness of the coating film jointly determined the controlled release ability of the film. The in vitro release table shows that the prepared pellets belong to the coated skeleton controlled release pellets, and the release mechanism varies with the change of the coating thickness.
