零排放的电动汽车是汽车工业未来发展的主流,电动汽车入网技术实现了电动汽车和电网的双向互动和交换,是智能电网的重要组成部分。电动汽车的充放电行业造成新一轮负荷的快速增长,其对电网效益产生的影响目前还未有深入的探讨。在现有商业用电峰谷电价模型下,探讨了基于随机效用理论的多项式logit模型的电动汽车充放电行为,并初步评估电动汽车车主的自身效益及其对电网效益的影响。提出了对于电动汽车的充放电时段划分及电价制定的方式,从而更好地发展智能电网。
Zero emission of electric vehicles is the mainstream of the automotive industry in the future, electric vehicle network technology to achieve the two-way electric vehicles and power grid interaction and exchange, is an important part of the smart grid. Electric vehicle charging and discharging industry caused a new round of rapid load growth, the impact on the power grid efficiency has not yet discussed in depth. Under the existing commercial peak-valley electricity price model, the polynomial logit model based on stochastic utility theory is used to investigate the charge-discharge behavior of EVs. The EVs’ self-benefits and their effects on grid benefits are also discussed. Proposed for the charging and discharging of electric vehicles and electricity pricing division of time to develop ways to better the development of smart grid.
