图1所示的U形零件,两侧不对称,且各有一孔,两孔同心度有一定要求,其中一侧有压窝,该零件拟用冲裁的方法将孔冲出。当中间空档尺寸较大时,可用斜楔模两边同时冲孔,当空档尺寸较小时,则不能用上述方法制造。图1所示零件属于小空档尺寸。现设计了如图2所示的模具结构,冲上面孔时,凸模与悬伸凹模冲裁;冲下面孔时,利用上面冲下的废料作凸模冲裁。由于自身材料相当于磨钝的凸模,且硬度不够,落料件毛刺较多,孔的断面质量较普通冲孔要差些,但能满足使用要求。
