通过向超高分子量聚乙烯(UHWMPE)纺丝溶液中添加偶联剂处理后的纳米二硫化钨(WS2),制备了一系列纳米WS2增强的UHMWPE复合纤维.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)、强力测试、靶击实验等分析手段,评价了纳米WS2的加入对UHWMPE纤维结构和性能的影响.结果表明,纳米WS2在UHMWPE纤维中可均匀分散;纳米WS2的加入使得UHMWPE纤维的防弹性能显著提高;当纳米WS2的加入量为4wt‰时,UHMWPE纤维拉伸模量由1203增加到1326cN/dtex,增加了10%;此外,纳米WS2的加入使得UHMWPE纤维的耐热性也有了显著提高.
