扦样是种子检验的重要环节,扦取的样品有无代表性决定着种子检验结果是否有效。因此,在扦样中有一个合理的扦样程序,保证送到检验室的样品能准确代表被检验种子批的质量,是种子检验工作的源头环节。现根据《农作物种子检验规程》(简称《规程》)规定,结合业务工作实践,对农作物种子扦样程序及工作中存在的问题阐述如下。 Sampling is an important part of the seed test, whether the sample taken by the shaker determines whether the seed test result is effective or not. Therefore, there is a reasonable sampling procedure in the sampler to ensure that the sample sent to the laboratory can accurately represent the quality of the lot tested, which is the source of the seed testing. Now based on “Regulations on Crop Seeds Inspection” (referred to as “rules”), combined with business practice, the procedures for crop seed sampling and work problems are described below.
