青岛市是兵源大市、驻军大市,也是军转干部接收安置大市,每年接收安置的军转干部约占全省总量的1/4。近年来,青岛市积极开展军转干部培训工作,取得了一定成效。但是,随着经济社会的发展,军转干部群体素质的不断提升,原有的培训模式、内容、要求与现实需要还存在不适应的问题。为此,今年上半年,青岛市探讨实行新分配军转干部导师制培训试点。
