近年来,教育事业不断得到国家的重视,教育公平一直以来是国家提倡和推崇的。在现实生活还存在一部分的特殊儿童,他们在享受教育方面与正常人有所区别,这部分群体需要国家和教育部分的高度重视,从而让他们受到更好的教育。文章从全纳教育理念的含义及特殊教育教师在全纳教育视野下的专业化发展进行探讨,为我国特殊教育体系的可持续发展提供一些的建议。
In recent years, education has continuously been valued by the state, and educational equity has always been promoted and respected by the state. In real life, there are still some special children who differ from normal people in their education. These groups require the attention of the State and the education sector so that they can be better educated. The article discusses the meaning of inclusive education concept and the specialized development of special education teachers under the perspective of inclusive education, and provides some suggestions for the sustainable development of special education system in our country.
