以氚标记胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)参入脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的比放射强度等多项指标研究淫羊藿、肉苁蓉对羟基脲所形成的“阳虚”动物DNA合成率的作用,结果如下: 1.材料和方法 以体重25~30克的雄性昆明种小白鼠64只,分为三组:“阳虚”组18只,每日喂羟基脲7.5mg/0.75ml;“阳虚”加淫羊藿、肉苁蓉组(以下简称助阳组)16只,每日喂羟基脲7.5mg/0.25ml及淫羊藿肉苁蓉合剂0.5g/0.5ml;
