部队精简整编后 ,给师改旅部队、部分人武部、小散单位的医疗保障带来了新的情况和问题 ,旅医院医疗卫生工作繁重 ,远离体系医院 ,部队人员看病难的矛盾日益突出 ,这是当前部队卫生工作亟待解决的重要课题。本期发表刘宏秋、史新中等同志的两篇文章 ,所提问题较有见地 ,值得重视。特别是刘宏秋等针对师改旅后 ,提出把旅爱国卫生运动办公室设在旅医院 ,使其发挥“小机关”的作用 ,协调全旅的卫生工作 ;针对几个营同住一个营区的特点成立“组合卫生所”等做法和经验值得相关部队借鉴。同样 ,史新中探索利用地方医疗力量解决远离体系医院部队人员看病难的问题 ,值得深入探讨。 After the troops were streamlined and reorganized, new conditions and problems were brought to the medical insurance for brigades and units led by the division, some people’s armed forces departments and small scattered units.
