目的 :观察游泳训练对大鼠脊髓神经元线粒体结构的影响。方法 :采用循环水逆流游泳运动方式 ,对游泳训练大鼠脊髓前角运动神经元线粒体超微结构进行形态计量学分析。结果 :与对照组相比 ,(1 )游泳后大鼠脊髓前角运动神经元线粒体数目增多 ,体积增大 ,线粒体嵴致密 ,基质电子密度增高 ,部分线粒体(4 3 6% )有明显的退行性改变。 (2 )游泳组动物的线粒体的体密度 (Vv)、数密度(Nv)、面密度 (Sv)均有明显增加(P<0 0 1 ) ,其中以体密度增加较为显著
Objective: To observe the effect of swimming training on the mitochondrial structure of spinal cord neurons in rats. METHODS: The mitochondrial ultrastructure of anterior horn motor neurons in swimming training rats was subjected to morphological metrology using the countercurrent swimming exercise of circulating water. Results: Compared with the control group, (1) the numbers of mitochondria, the volume of mitochondria, the density of mitochondria and the density of stromal electron in the anterior horn of spinal cord increased after swimming, and some of the mitochondria (436%) were obviously degenerated Sexual change. (2) The body density (Vv), number density (Nv) and area density (Sv) of mitochondria in swimming group were significantly increased (P <0.01)
