目的 :探讨氧自由基与糖尿病内皮功能的关系及维生素 C(Vit C)对两者的影响。方法 :2 0只糖尿病兔及 10只正常兔分为对照组、糖尿病 (DM)组和 Vit C组 (0 .2 g· kg- 1 · d- 1 ,iv) ,取颈动脉行体外血管反应测定 ,并检测血浆脂质过氧化物产物丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及一氧化氮 (NO)水平。结果 :DM组颈动脉对乙酰胆碱诱导的舒张反应明显低于对照组 [(6 2 .17± 4.15 ) %、(88.2 3± 4.6 0 ) % ,P<0 .0 1],而 Vit C组有明显改善 [(78.6 3± 5 .2 4) % ,P<0 .0 1],且 Vit C组 MDA水平明显低于 DM组。结论 :Vit C能中和氧自由基 ,改善糖尿病兔动脉的内皮功能。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between oxygen free radicals and endothelial function and the effect of vitamin C on them. Methods: Twenty diabetic rabbits and 10 normal rabbits were divided into control group, DM group and Vit C group (0. 2 g · kg -1 · d -1, iv). The extracorporeal vasoconstriction The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) in plasma were measured. Results: The diastolic response induced by acetylcholine in the carotid artery of DM group was significantly lower than that of the control group [(62.17 ± 4.15)%, (88.2 3 ± 4.6)%, P <0.01] (78.6 3 ± 5.24)%, P <0.01), and the level of MDA in Vit C group was significantly lower than that in DM group. Conclusion: Vit C can neutralize oxygen free radicals and improve endothelial function of diabetic rabbit arteries.
