通过对研磨体在回转筒体内的运动和功率损耗理论分析,探讨轻质研磨介质对球磨机研磨效率的影响规律。由于轻质研磨体比体积比金属研磨体大,若保持填充率不变,则装载质量减少,能耗降低;但轻质研磨介质对物料的冲击和研磨作用下降,使产量降低。因而可通过减小轻质研磨体的尺寸,增加研磨体与物料的接触机会,减小无用功,则可以得到与钢制研磨体同等的研磨效果。
Through the theoretical analysis of the motion and power loss of the grinding body in the rotating cylinder, the influence law of the light grinding medium on the grinding efficiency of the ball mill is discussed. As the light weight of the grinding body than the volume of metal grinding body, maintaining the same filling rate, the loading quality is reduced, reducing energy consumption; but light grinding media on the impact of the material and the grinding effect decreased, so that the yield decreased. Therefore, by reducing the size of the light grinding body, increasing the chances of contact between the grinding body and the material, and reducing unnecessary work, a grinding effect equal to that of a steel grinding body can be obtained.
