我厂常用细长杆类零件,如顶件杆。这种零件以前热处理最大缺陷是变形量大,硬度低,有时变形达0.3~0.4毫米。而45#钢的淬火硬度,据兄弟单位的调查,只能达Rc47度左右。我们认为这种细长零件热处理淬火的关键在于冷却剂和冷却温度。我们遵照毛主席“差异就是矛盾”的教导,大胆对冷却剂进行分析比较,采用了“硝盐粥样固熔体冷却法”进行细长零件的淬火处理,很快得到了较好的效果。硝盐成份为硝酸钾55%,亚硝酸钠45%,再
