对企业内员工的劳动过程进行有效监督对企业决策和生产效率的提高具有重要意义。然而,企业正处于经济和社会环境急剧变化的时代,现代管理的监督方式已显现出种种弊端。而福柯认为,监督有利于权力的运作和知识的产生,利用全景敞视建筑可以使被监督者进行自我监督。基于此,为克服现代监督机制的弊端,探索后现代管理的监督机制,文章分析了在企业文化的监督下,以JIT/TQC为中心、“电子圆形监狱”为垂直监督力量和以团队工作为水平监督力量的四维度监督体系。
