经过社会心理学、环境心理学较多的研究,认为环境的物理特性对人类的行动和态度有影响。然而,办公室等的现实工作场所的环境特性,对工作人员的诸反应关系如何,至今还不太清楚。关于环境心理学以前的研究,多假设过剩刺激(overstimulation)理论。这就是所谓来自环境的刺激过度地强而被感觉到的引起人类消极的反应,人类为了离开那种环境而进行行动的假说。本研究是就办公室环境、刺激成为过剩的环境条件时,工作人员对其的反应,用行动与态度两项指标而进行现场调查。
After the study of social psychology and environmental psychology, it is considered that the physical characteristics of the environment have an impact on human actions and attitudes. However, it remains unclear to date how the environmental characteristics of the workplace, such as offices, are related to the reactions of staff. Previous studies of environmental psychology have mostly hypothesized overstimulation theory. This is the so-called hypothesis that the stimulus that comes from the environment is excessively strong and feels negative, which causes the human to react negatively, and human beings act in order to leave that kind of environment. This study is about the office environment, to stimulate the environment as an excess of the reaction of its staff, with action and attitude of the two indicators of a site investigation.
