Explore the new method of treatment of renal pelvis cyst. Methods: The application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic treatment of renal plexus cyst. Results: The operation was successful and no complications occurred. Conclusion: This technique provides a new method for the treatment of renal pelvis cyst. Compared with the traditional open surgery, the technique has the advantages of less invasiveness, faster patient recovery and shorter hospital stay
