病 例患者 ,女 ,13岁 ,学生 ,因发热 10ｄ、颜面双下肢浮肿少尿 7ｄ于 2 0 0 1年 1月 7日急诊入院。病者于 10ｄ前开始出现发热 ,在当地卫生所予“庆大霉素”8万ｕ肌注 1次及“安痛定”1支肌注 1次后 ,发热消退。用药 3ｄ后出现颜面双下肢浮肿少尿 ,2 4ｈ尿量 2 0 0～ 30 0?
Case patient, female, 13 years old, student, fever due to 10d, face lower extremity edema oliguria 7d in January 7, 2001 emergency admission. The patients began to have fever before 10 days.
