目的观察益生菌联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病的疗效。方法对我院2010年1月至2013年12月期间收治的106例肝性脑病患者治疗效果进行回顾性分析。随机分为对照组、乳果糖组(A组)、益生菌联合乳果糖组(B组)。结果三组患者血清谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、血氨水平、数字连接实验(NCT)均有改善,其中A、B组各指标较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且明显优于对照组(P<0.05);而B组效果优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规综合治疗基础上采用益生菌联合乳果糖能够显著促进肝功能的恢复并降低血氨水平,减轻肝昏迷症状,达到治疗肝性脑病目的;疗效明显优于单纯常规综合治疗及单独加用乳果糖,且无明显不良反应,在临床上值得加以推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of probiotics combined with lactulose in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the therapeutic effect of 106 patients with hepatic encephalopathy treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013. Randomly divided into control group, lactulose group (A group), probiotics combined lactulose group (B group). Results Serum alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, blood ammonia level and NCT were improved in all three groups. The indexes in group A and group B were significantly improved (P <0.05), and were significantly better than those before treatment (P <0.05), while the effect of group B was better than that of group A, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of probiotics and lactulose can significantly promote the recovery of liver function, decrease the serum ammonia level and reduce the hepatic coma symptoms, so as to achieve the goal of treating hepatic encephalopathy. The curative effect is obviously better than that of conventional combined therapy alone Lactulose, and no obvious adverse reactions, it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
