随着市场经济的迅速发展,我国的企业也在不断的完善和飞跃,但在不断发展的过程中面临着激励的竞争问题。这是一个机遇与挑战并存的时代,要想不被这个社会所淘汰,那么就应该建设完善的企业发展规划。人力资源管理作为企业中一个重要模块,在这一面显得尤为重要,如果不能做好企业的人资管理,那么企业的的发展将会受到阻碍。本文就我国企业中人力资源管理模块的现状进行探讨,并提出了几点需要思考的问题,仅供交流借鉴。
With the rapid development of market economy, our country’s enterprises are also constantly improving and leaping, but in the process of continuous development, they are faced with incentive and competition issues. This is an era where both opportunities and challenges coexist. If we do not want to be eliminated by this society, we should establish a sound enterprise development plan. As an important module in an enterprise, human resource management is particularly important on this side. If the management of human resources can not be done well, then the development of an enterprise will be hindered. This article discusses the status quo of human resource management modules in Chinese enterprises and puts forward some questions that need to be considered for reference only.
