叶片成本的高低以及最终铺层厚度均会受到材料选择和结构设计的影响。因此,合理地将设计原则和制造工艺相结合对其结构设计十分重要。叶片的设计要求包含静强度要求、刚度要求、抗疲劳要求及气体动力学外形设计要求。介绍了某1.5MW风力机叶片的基本参数及结构型式。针对风机叶片在运行中最大应力集中部位主要出现在叶中段1/3-2/3处的实际,取距叶根28.75m的一段为研究对象,建立其壳体模型,并简述有限元分析过程。
The cost of the blade and the thickness of the final ply will be affected by material selection and structural design. Therefore, the combination of design principles and manufacturing processes is very important to the structural design. Blade design requirements include static strength requirements, stiffness requirements, fatigue requirements and aerodynamic shape design requirements. The basic parameters and structure of a 1.5MW wind turbine blade are introduced. In view of the fact that the maximum stress concentration area of the fan blade is mainly located at 1 / 3-2 / 3 in the middle of the blade, the section of 28.75m from the root of the blade is taken as the research object, the shell model is established and the finite element analysis process.
