目的:考察酸枣仁汤组分配方的抗焦虑作用及物质基础。方法:采用国际上通用的高架十字迷宫(EMP)焦虑动物模型,观察酸枣仁汤组分配方对大鼠行为学的影响。结果:酸枣仁汤组分配方SZRT1、SZRT6组大鼠进入开放臂次数比(OE%)、在开放臂停留时间比(OT%)、在开放臂中Head-dips次数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但开放臂和封闭臂总的进入次数(OE+CE)与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);SZRT6与SZRT1组各指标均无显著性差异。结论:组分配方SZRT6与含括酸枣仁汤水煎液全部组分的SZRT1均有抗焦虑作用,其效应相当;酸枣仁汤所含的多糖和黄酮类成分可能是该方抗焦虑作用的物质基础。
Objective: To investigate the anti-anxiety effect and material basis of the prescription of Suanzaoren constituent. Methods: An internationally accepted model of elevated malaria (EMP) anxiety animal model was used to observe the effect of the prescription of Suanzaoren Decoction on the behavior of rats. Results: The rats in SZRT1 and SZRT6 group had the ratio of open arms to open arms (OE%), the retention time in open arms (OT%) and the number of Head-dips in open arms were significantly higher than those in control group P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in OE + CE between the open arms and the closed arms (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between SZRT6 and SZRT1 groups. Conclusion: SZRT6, a component formula of SZRT6, has the same anxiolytic effect as SZRT1 which contains all components of Suanzaoren Decoction decoction, and the effect is similar. The polysaccharides and flavonoids contained in Suanzaoren Decoction may be the material basis of the anti-anxiety effect .
