改革开放以来,干部队伍结构不断向专业化和高学历化发展,在日常的工作及重要场合,各级干部都能够讲上几句,有的更是妙语如珠、旁征博引。这反映出干部的理论水平、语言能力在不断提高,着实令人欣喜。然而,随着计算机和网络的普及,领导干部虽然说得多了,但自己真正动笔写的机会却少了,这一现象也着实值得注意。回想革命年代,“笔杆子”在我们党打倒反动势力、从一个胜利走向另一个胜利的过程中发挥了重要作用。 Since the reform and opening up, the contingent of cadres has been continually developing toward a specialization and a high degree of education. During the routine work and important occasions, cadres at all levels can speak a few words. This reflects the theoretical level of cadres and their language ability is constantly improving. It is really gratifying. However, with the popularization of computers and networks, although leading cadres are far more likely to say that they are less likely to write by themselves, this phenomenon is indeed noteworthy. In retrospect of the revolutionary era, “pen and stick ” played an important role in our Party’s course of overthrowing the reactionary forces and moving from victory to victory.
