根据九条受采动影响的锚喷煤巷及稳定岩巷的实测资料,阐述了锚杆杆体受力的分析方法及参数设计方法。 计算分析及实例表明:对于顶沉量及一邦位移量小于5厘米的巷道,选用直径为1厘米的锚杆为合理,随着位移量加大,选用直径1.2~2.0厘米的锚杆为合理。然而,不论位移量大小,杆体的最佳有效长度都是1~1.15米。 还分析了杆体屈服后的受力情况及对参数设计的影响。
According to the measured data of nine coal mines affected by mining mining and stable rock roadway, the analysis method and parameter design method of the stress of the anchor rod body are expounded. Computational analysis and examples show that for the roadway with a top displacement of less than 5 cm and a displacement of less than 5 cm, it is reasonable to choose a bolt with a diameter of 1 cm. With the increase of displacement, it is reasonable to choose a bolt with a diameter of 1.2 to 2.0 cm . However, regardless of the amount of displacement, the best effective length of the rod is 1 ~ 1.15 meters. It also analyzes the forces after yielding and the influence on the parameter design.
