目的建立同位素内标-气相色谱串联质谱测定果蔬中41种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留的方法。方法样品用Qu ECh ERS法提取后,引入分析保护剂,气相色谱串联质谱法测定。结果 41种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留在0.10~4.0μg/ml范围内线性相关系数在0.992~0.999之间,方法定量限在0.002 mg/kg~0.023 mg/kg,加标回收率为69.1%~115.1%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~9.7%。结论本法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高,可满足果蔬中41种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留的检测要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 41 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by isotope internal standard-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods After the samples were extracted by Qu ECh ERS method, the protective agents were introduced and analyzed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results The linear correlation coefficients of 41 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in the range of 0.10-4.0 μg / ml ranged from 0.992 to 0.999. The limit of quantification was 0.002 mg / kg ~ 0.023 mg / kg, and the recoveries were 69.1 % ~ 115.1%, the relative standard deviation of 2.6% ~ 9.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and can meet the detection requirements of 41 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
