系统研究了不同固溶处理、固溶+时效处理以及550~750℃长期时效10000h后GH80A合金组织和性能的变化规律。结果表明:γ′相的开始析出温度为930~950℃;冷却介质比固溶温度对冷却γ′相的影响大,水淬能够抑制GH80A合金γ′相的析出;时效温度对一次γ′相有重要影响;双时效处理才析出二次γ′相;随固溶温度升高,合金单/双时效后的强度稍有降低而塑性升高;长期时效温度不高于700℃时合金的组织稳定性良好,一次γ′相的粗化机制在700℃以下以扩散控制为主,750℃以界面控制为主。
The effects of different solution treatment, solution treatment and aging treatment on microstructure and properties of GH80A alloy after aging at 550-750 ℃ for 10000h were systematically studied.
