背景与目的FUS2基因位于3p21.3染色体区,是一个候选的抑癌基因。本研究的目的是探讨FUS2-767A/T多态位点与肺癌的相关性以及在肺癌患者和正常人群中的分布差异。方法应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和单链核苷酸构象多态性(SSCP)联合检测了146例肺癌患者和113例正常人群中FUS2-767A/T等位基因分布情况,比较不同基因型与肺癌风险的相关性。结果FUS2-767A/T多态性与肺癌组织学类型(P=0.044)、年龄(P=0.011)以及脉管瘤栓(P=0.031)有密切关系。但该多态位点在肺癌患者和正常人群中的分布未见明显的差异(P=0.945)。结论FUS2-767A/T多态可能与肺癌的发病年龄、肺癌的组织学类型和肺癌转移密切相关。
Background and Objective The FUS2 gene is located in the 3p21.3 chromosomal region and is a candidate tumor suppressor gene. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association of FUS2-767A / T polymorphism with lung cancer and its distribution in patients with lung cancer and normal controls. Methods The distribution of FUS2-767A / T alleles in 146 lung cancer patients and 113 normal controls was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and single-stranded nucleotide conformation polymorphism (SSCP) Type and risk of lung cancer. Results The polymorphism of FUS2-767A / T was closely related to the histological type of lung cancer (P = 0.044), age (P = 0.011) and vascular tumor thrombus (P = 0.031). However, there was no significant difference in the distribution of the polymorphic loci between lung cancer patients and normal controls (P = 0.945). Conclusion The FUS2-767A / T polymorphism may be closely related to the age of lung cancer, the histological type of lung cancer and lung cancer metastasis.
