目的实现国境口岸传染病监测全过程的信息化,国境口岸传染病监测现场与卫生检疫实验室间的信息共享。方法集成采用条形码、证件识别和光纤技术建立信息系统并应用于口岸现场和实验室。结果本系统的应用实现了国境口岸传染病监测全过程的信息化和国境口岸传染病监测现场与卫生检疫实验室间的信息共享。结论本系统在深圳五个口岸应用以来,口岸传染病监测和实验室检测效率大大提高;系统的应用为国境口岸传染病症状监测的开展和输入性传染病早期预测预警水平的提高奠定了基础。
Objective To realize the informationization of the whole process of infectious disease surveillance at border crossings and the sharing of information between laboratories at the cross-border infectious disease surveillance sites and quarantine laboratories. The method integrates the establishment of an information system using barcode, document identification and optical fiber technology and is applied to the port site and the laboratory. Results The application of this system has realized the informationization of the whole process of infectious disease surveillance at border crossings and the sharing of information between laboratories on the spot of infectious disease surveillance at border crossings and quarantine laboratories. Conclusions Since the system was applied at the five ports in Shenzhen, the monitoring and laboratory testing of port infectious diseases have greatly improved. The application of the system has laid the foundation for the monitoring of infectious disease symptoms at border crossings and the improvement of the early warning level of SARS.
