一、我国企业人本管理实践中存在的突出问题。1.对人本管理的内涵把握不准确。很多企业对人本管理的科学内涵和基本要求把握不准,在实行人本管理时往往带有很大的片面性,简单性,甚至只是把人本管理单纯当成了调动职工积极性,实现企业发展目标和创造利润的一种手段,把握不住人本管理的精髓和真谛,自然也就难以取得实效。 First, the prominent problems existing in the practice of human-oriented management in Chinese enterprises. 1.
