采用免疫组化染色方法检测40例前列腺癌(Pea)、22例前列腺增生症(BPH)及14例正常前列腺(NP)组织中Fas、FasL、Bcl-2及Bax的表达。结果表明:①Fas、FasL、Bax表达于所有被检测的组织中;Bcl-2表达于75.0%Pca组织、54.5%BPH组织、35.7%NP组织。Fas在Pea中表达强度最弱(P<0.05)。Pea与BPH及 NP组织比较,Bcl-2表达差异有显著性意义(P<0. 05)。②在 Pea组织中,Bax表达与 Fas、FasL及 Bcl-2表达均呈正相关,FasL表达与Bcl-2表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。③Bax在高级别Pca中的表达明显强于在低级别中的表达(P<0.05)。
Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of Fas, FasL, Bcl-2 and Bax in 40 cases of prostate cancer (Pea), 22 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 14 cases of normal prostatic (NP) tissues. The results showed that: (1) Fas, FasL and Bax were expressed in all tested tissues; Bcl-2 was expressed in 75.0% Pca, 54.5% BPH and 35.7% NP tissues. Fas expression was the weakest in Pea (P <0.05). Pea and BPH and NP organizations, Bcl-2 expression was significantly different (P <0. 05). ② In Pea tissue, the expression of Bax was positively correlated with the expression of Fas, FasL and Bcl-2, while the expression of FasL was positively correlated with the expression of Bcl-2 (P <0.05). ③Bax expression in high-grade Pca was significantly higher than in low-grade expression (P <0.05).
