探测距离对γ照相机系统空间分辨率的影响非常显著。FWHM和FWTM与探测距离呈线性关系而增大;随着距离的增加高分辨准直器的FWTM和FWTM明显小于通用型准直器。临床检查中尽量缩短探测距离,除了使用高分辨率的准直器外,还应了解所使用γ照相机在不同探测距离下所具有的空间分辨能力,以便对图象结果作出客观分析。
The effect of the detection distance on the spatial resolution of the gamma camera system is significant. The FWHM and FWTM increase linearly with the detection distance. The FWTM and FWTM of the high resolution collimator are significantly smaller than those of the general collimator with increasing distance. In clinical examinations, the detection distance should be shortened as much as possible. In addition to the use of high-resolution collimators, the spatial resolution of the gamma cameras used at different detection distances should be known so as to objectively analyze the image results.
