2010年,北京市朝阳区率先成立了医院感染管理质量控制和改进中心。在没有其他区级质控中心的经验可以借鉴的情况下,5年来,质控中心对区域医疗机构形成了“网格化”的管理模式,开展了多种形式的培训,加强了医院感染的督查,开展了多项科研活动。使医疗机构在日常工作中落实医院感染规范的自觉性不断增强,减少了医院感染工作中常见错误的发生率,逐步形成了管理、业务双促进的模式,有效地发挥了质控中心的作用,促进了区域医院感染管理的持续改进。
