目的 探讨原发性肾细胞癌中热休克因子 (HSF1)的表达及其与耐药的关系。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法 ,检测 5 4例原发性肾细胞癌和 10例正常肾组织中HSF1和P -gp的表达情况。结果 HSF1和P -gp在正常肾组织均有表达 :在肾细胞癌中P -gp阳性表达率为 70 .3 7% ,HSF1几乎不表达。结论 目前虽然有非直接的证据显示HSF1参与多药耐药基因 -1(MDR1/P -gp)的表达 ,但结合我们的初步研究结果 ,HSF1与肾细胞癌耐药性的关系尚需进一步研究
Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock factor (HSF1) in primary renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with drug resistance. Methods The expressions of HSF1 and P-gp in 54 cases of primary renal cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal kidney tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results Both HSF1 and P-gp were expressed in normal renal tissues. The positive expression rate of P-gp was 70.37% in renal cell carcinoma, and almost no in HSF1. Conclusions Although there is indirect evidence that HSF1 is involved in the expression of multidrug resistance gene-1 (MDR1 / P-gp), in our preliminary study, the relationship between HSF1 and drug resistance of renal cell carcinoma needs to be further studied
