郑州铁路局晋城北车站,位于盛产“兰花炭”以及生铁等矿产的晋城市,多年来为当地的经济发展做出了不可估量的贡献。但随着社会主义市场经济的逐步深入,运输业的竞争日趋激烈,铁路客、货运量急骤下降。面对这种恶劣形势,晋城北站党政一班人转变观念,大胆探索,在加大了客货营销力度的同时,建立了一个主业、附业、多统一体化的经营机制。 晋城北车站站长张家珍认为,铁路部门尤其是车站在市场经济条件下,要有大的发展,就必须离开“两条铁轨”,放眼市场。
Jincheng North Station of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, located in Jincheng, rich in orchids and pig iron and other minerals, has made immeasurable contributions to the local economic development over the years. However, with the gradual deepening of the socialist market economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the transport industry, the number of railway passengers and freight trains has plummeted. In the face of such a bad situation, a group of party and government leaders in Jincheng North Station changed their mindset and made bold explorations. While intensifying the marketing of passenger and cargo, a management system featuring main industry, auxiliary industry and multi-system integration was established. Zhang Jinzheng, chief of Jincheng North Station, believes that under the market economy conditions, the railway departments, especially the stations, must make a big development and must leave the “two rails” and look to the market.
