扁桃体角化症较多见，但并有软骨化生者少见，我科诊治2例。现报道如下。例1，男，50岁。因咽于5个月伴咽痛3个月，于ITh05－12就诊。患者5个月前无任何诱因出现烟于，未予治疗，于3个月前又出现咽癌。专科检查：双侧扁桃体IO大，表面不光滑，部分扁桃体陷南长出短柱状白色突起
