针对数据采集器和集中器之间的数据互联问题,RS485是工控行业常见的通信接口技术。基于现场总线的分布特性,传输距离和速率的要求,RS485必须加中继器延长其通讯距离,文中采用一种新的基于NE555单稳态电路的RS485中继器设计方法,结合仪器仪表行业需求,进行一系列可靠性试验,试验证实:该设计简单,性能稳定,成本低,1200bps~9600bps波特率自适应,满足仪器仪表行业的需求。
For data interworking between data collector and concentrator, RS485 is a common communication interface technology in industrial control industry. Based on the fieldbus distribution characteristics, transmission distance and speed requirements, RS485 must add repeaters to extend its communication distance. In this paper, a new design method based on NE555 monostable circuit RS485 repeater, combined with instrumentation industry needs , Conducted a series of reliability tests, the test confirmed: The design is simple, stable performance, low cost, 1200bps ~ 9600bps baud rate adaptive to meet the needs of the instrumentation industry.
