国外金融业高管薪酬制度经历了长期改革和发展,为我国金融业高管薪酬制度完善提供了较好的做法。在借鉴国外经验的基础上,本文针对我国金融业高管市场化薪酬制度建立过程中存在的问题,从聘任选拔、公司治理、薪酬设计、绩效评价、监管约束等方面进行了分析,并提出对策建议。
