随着现代工业技术革命的不断深入以及行业交叉跨度的不断加大,传统建筑行业受到工业化制造以及模块化组装的影响越来越巨大。以装配式为代表的新兴施工建造模式,具有时间短,成本低,质量可靠,易于监控等诸多优势,对未来建筑行业发展方向引领作用逐步加强。由此也带来了对于建筑设计,尤其是电气系统设计新思路、方法、工具等诸多方面的挑战。文章以上海某高层住宅为例,具体分析解构了在装配整体式剪力墙结构体系的建筑中,电气专业与传统体系不同的设计要求,并通过对具体问题的归纳,提出了对此类设计的未来设想。
With the continuous deepening of the modern industrial technology revolution and the increasing span of the industry, the traditional construction industry is increasingly affected by industrial manufacturing and modular assembly.
