越鞠丸载于《丹溪心法》,系朱震亨氏所创。由苍术、香附、川芎、神曲、栀子组成(原方为上药各等分,制成散剂或绿豆大水丸、每服2～3钱),是治疗气、血、痰、火、湿、食六郁的常用良方。笔者临床上运用本方辨证加减,化裁煎服,获益匪浅。现择治验数则,简述如下。
The Yuexiu Pill is contained in the “Danxi Heart Method” and was created by Zhu Zhen Heishi. It is composed of Atractylodes, Cyperus rotundus, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Divine Comedy, and Radix Astragali (the former is divided into equal parts of the medicine, and is made into powder or mung bean and large water pill, each serving 2 to 3 money), which is to treat gas, blood, sputum, fire and wetness. There are several common recipes for food and food. The author clinically used this party’s dialectical addition and subtraction, and the degenerative decoction served him a lot. The number of inspections is now selected and briefly described as follows.
