耐热铝合金导线是解决大容量输电的重要手段。研究了Zr和Er对耐热铝合金导电性、抗拉强度及耐热性的影响。结果表明,Zr含量在0.04%~0.1%范围变化时,耐热铝合金单丝的导电率逐渐降低,抗拉强度与耐热性均先升高后降低,Zr为0.08%时达到峰值;随着Er在0.03%~0.1%范围变化时,合金的抗拉强度和耐热性提高,而导电率先升高后降低,在Er为0.08%时达到峰值。
Heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire is an important solution to large-capacity transmission. The effects of Zr and Er on electrical conductivity, tensile strength and heat resistance of heat-resistant aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that when the content of Zr is varied from 0.04% to 0.1%, the electrical conductivity of the heat-resistant aluminum alloy monofilament gradually decreases, the tensile strength and heat resistance first increase and then decrease, and the peak value reaches 0.08% When Er changes from 0.03% to 0.1%, the tensile strength and heat resistance of the alloy increase, while the conductivity increases first and then decreases, reaching the peak value when Er is 0.08%.
