知识经济时代,人力资本是企业最核心的竞争要素,员工是企业最宝贵的财富,是决定企业成败的关键要素之一。但国内企业员工培训效果差、流失率高的现实状况已经成为众多企业在核心竞争力构筑方面的短板。在这种背景之下,如何根据企业发展的需要,制定切实可行的员工培训策略,如何改善和提高员工培训工作效率,成为了当前企业发展的重要课题。本文以企业专业技术人员为研究对象,就其在培训中的常见问题展开探讨,分析了影响专业技术人员培训积极性的原因,并提出了相关建议,以期为改善专技员工培训效果、提升企业培训水平提供有益参考。
