本文从汾河三坝灌区多年来灌溉水量严重不足,影响农业生产的实际出发,提出了开发利用浅层地下咸水进行补充灌溉,解决旱、涝、碱问题;并拟用从地面施工打斜向辐射井的办法解决管井出水量小,布井多,管理不便的问题;提出科学灌水和农业种植改革的有机结合,以尽快改变灌区面貌,提高经济效益。
Based on the serious shortage of irrigation water in Sanba irrigation area of Fenhe River for many years and affecting the actual production of agriculture, this paper proposed the development and utilization of shallow underground saltwater water for supplementary irrigation and drought, waterlogging and alkali problems. The solution to the radiation wells is to solve the problem of small amount of well pipe discharge, well distribution and inconvenient management; put forward the organic combination of scientific irrigation and agricultural planting reform so as to change the appearance of irrigation areas and increase economic benefits as soon as possible.
