频繁分班对高中语文教学的不利影响

现在很多中学实行每年分班的做法,有的学校甚至一学期就分一次班。这是教育部门或学校为了能量化考核科任教师的教学效果,实现所谓的相对公平的评价而采取的一种手段。客观上它可能会起到一定的平衡教育资源的作用,但作为一线的中学语文教师,我认为频繁分班对于中学生语文学习弊远大于利。一、频繁分班,学生学习语文的良好习惯不易形成培根说“:习惯真是一种顽强而巨大的力量,它可以主宰人生因此,人自幼就应该通过完美 Nowadays, many secondary schools practice class assignments every year.
