针对铁路运输资源的配置问题,考虑铁路运输在时间、空间上的特点,引入全程优化策略。在一定运输需求和运力约束条件下,将整个运输循环过程作为决策对象,以运输资源时间价值作为运输投入,通过建立数学模型,动态考虑运输资源的配置问题。以哈尔滨铁路局为例,用计算机模拟求解某日运输资源配置过程,并与实际方案比较,为实际运输组织提供参考意见。
In view of the allocation of railway transportation resources, we consider the characteristics of railway transportation in time and space and introduce the optimization strategy in the whole process. Under the constraint of transportation demand and transportation capacity, the entire transport cycle is taken as the decision-making target. The time value of transport resources is taken as the transportation input. Through the establishment of mathematical model, the allocation of transportation resources can be dynamically considered. Taking Harbin Railway Bureau as an example, this paper uses computer simulation to solve the daily transportation resource allocation process and compares it with the actual scheme to provide reference for the actual transport organization.
