目的 检测SA 30抗原免疫后妊娠小鼠子宫内免疫细胞的变化 ,以了解SA 30免疫对早期胚胎发育的影响。 方法 利用免疫组织化学LSAB法 ,对SA 30免疫后的小鼠子宫内CD4+ 、CD8+ 及CD5 7+ 阳性细胞进行了检测。 结果 妊娠第 3d时 ,和对照组小鼠相比 ,SA 30免疫后的小鼠子宫内CD4+ 、CD8+ 及CD5 7+ 细胞均明显增多 ,阳性细胞在子宫肌层和内膜都有分布 ,而对照组小鼠子宫内的阳性细胞只局限于肌层 ,内膜中没有。 结论 SA 30免疫可以诱导妊娠第 3d小鼠子宫内的细胞免疫反应 ,从而可能对早期胚胎产生细胞毒性作用
Objective To detect the changes of intrauterine immune cells in mice after SA 30 antigen immunization to understand the effect of SA 30 immunization on early embryonic development. Methods Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to detect the intrauterine CD4 +, CD8 + and CD5 + positive cells in mice after SA 30 immunization. Results Compared with the control group, the number of CD4 +, CD8 + and CD5 + cells in the uteri of mice immunized with SA 30 were significantly increased on the 3rd day of gestation. The positive cells were distributed in the myometrium and intima, The positive cells in the mouse uterus were confined to the muscular layer but not to the intima. Conclusions SA 30 immunization can induce cellular immune response in uterus of the third day of gestation, which may have cytotoxic effect on early embryo
