本文测验了饲料维生素E(V_E),硒(Se)和蛋氨酸对四氯化碳(CCl_4)所引起的脂质过氧化作用的抑制能力。乙烷是ω-3不饱和脂肪酸自动氧化后的产物。实验动物为21日龄雄性断乳大鼠。饲料是以园酵母为主含有5%猪油或鱼肝油的缺Se和V_E的基础饲料。喂此饲料3~7周,以耗竭体内贮存的V_E和Se。由大鼠腹膜内注入CCl_4,实验1为2ml/kg体重,实验2和3为1ml/kg。收集乙烷的装置包括一个能容纳1只鼠,容量为2.5l的密闭容器,上部联着玻璃管道,可分别抽取乙烷气体样品及供给氧气。容器下部接一系列含有3N H_2SO_4、15%KOH和一个浸于干冰及丙酮混合物的冷凝器,管道中连接一个空气泵使排出的气体不断在装置内循环并分别收集大鼠排出的NH_3、CO_2和H_2O。实验前先将大鼠饿4小时,
This paper tested the inhibitory effect of dietary vitamin E (V_E), selenium (Se) and methionine on lipid peroxidation induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4). Ethane is the product of the auto-oxidation of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids. The experimental animals were 21-day-old male weanling rats. The feed is based on Park Yeast containing 5% lard or cod liver lack of Se and V_E based feed. Feed this feed for 3 to 7 weeks to exhaust V_E and Se stored in the body. Rats were injected intraperitoneally with CCl_4, experiment 1 at 2 ml / kg body weight, and experiments 2 and 3 at 1 ml / kg.
